When preparing curries, stocks and stews use this silicone device to stop whole herbs and spices ruining a tasty mouthful. The silicone infuser can hold your bouquet garni, cardamom, cinnamon stick, star anise or anything else you use to flavour your dish. Place the herbs and spices inside the tube attach the lid and plunge into your pan. When the stew is ready, remove the infuser and throw away the spent herbs and spices.
The infuser is made of 100% silicone and can resist temperatures of up to 250°C / 480°F.
