Returns


We have the utmost confidence in our products, with all our items being handpicked for their quality and workmanship. If however your order does not meet your expectations within 60 days of receipt, you can return it to us by following the steps below. It is important that the items are returned in the best possible condition, so please keep all packaging and take reasonable care of them.

UK DOMESTIC RETURNS

for items under 2kg:

1. Contact us at sales@mcgovernhome.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will send you a Returns Number (RMA Number) to put on the front of the parcel to return, and a printable pre-paid FREEPOST label.

3. Fill out your reason for return on the back of the delivery note.

4. Enclose the delivery note with the product and package up securely.

5. Please attach the pre-paid FREEPOST label to the front of the package, and obtain a proof of postage from the Post Office when posting.

6. Upon receipt of the order we will send you an email and process the refund back to your original method of payment within 7 working days. Please note that refunds can take up to 30 days to show up on your statement.

for items over 2kg:

If you wish to return a bulky item (boxed weight over 2kg, or longer than 140cm) we will arrange a courier collection of the order from you on a convenient date and place. Simply contact us at sales@mcgovernhome.co.uk to arrange.

Unfortunately we are not able to guarantee a time for collection; the courier may pick your order up any time between 8am and 7pm. Very rarely the courier, due to circumstances outside their control, may not be able to collect on the agreed date. On these rare occasions, we are unable to offer any compensation as a result of the courier not collecting on specified day, or for you not being present at the time of collection.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

1. Contact us at sales@mcgovernhome.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will send you a Returns Number (RMA Number) to put on the front of the parcel to return.

3. Fill out your reason for return on the back of the delivery note.

4. Enclose the delivery note with the product and package up securely.

5. Please address to Returns, 45 Birch Crescent, South Ockendon, Essex, RM15 6TZ, United Kingdom and obtain a proof of postage from your Post Office.

6. Upon receipt of the order we will send you an email and process the refund back to your original method of payment within 7 working days. Please note that refunds can take up to 30 days to show up on your statement.

We are happy to accept returns of items within 60 days of receipt. However please note that we are not responsible for return postage costs.

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS

Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of earrings or personal grooming products unless they are faulty.
